What will we experience at the seminar?

 

 

 

One of the main reasons we are a leader in self-improvement is that this two-hour seminar/clinic is by far one of the most fascinating, educational and motivational presentations anywhere.

We call it "The Wow Factor". Throughout the entire presentation audience members can be heard saying, "Wow that's fascinating" or "I didn't know that".

It is very common for audience members to line up at the end and give the presenter a hug.

Registering: When a participant arrives, he/she signs in and indicates why they are there. (Eg. Smoking, Weight, or Stress.)

Record Keeping: This allows us to maintain statistics regarding the issues facing those that attend, and report to participating organizations why their people attended and the number of attendees.

It is worth noting that a few years ago the majority of attendees wanted to quit smoking. Today, that number has shifted to where 78% say they have two issues, weight and stress. The remaining 22% are made up of various combinations of all three. Note: To protect the privacy of participants, we do not divulge personal information, only statistics.

Seminar Brochure: After signing in, participants are handed an informational brochure. They take a seat and read the brochure. (The "Informational Brochure" they receive at the seminar is not the same as the "Invitational Brochure" they received at work.)

This brochure, outlines what to expect at the seminar and rules of conduct during the session. For example, participants are asked to turn off pagers and cell phones, remove their hat, and not smoke within the facility, etc.

1st Session - The Mind: Dr. Frank Ricci, a life management coach and motivational speaker, introduces himself and explains once again what they may expect during the seminar.

He explains that the seminar focuses on the mind/body connection. This is a fascinating explanation of how the powerful conscious and subconscious mind work together and how to utilize that power to remain motivated and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The 1st session focuses on the mind and the 2nd session on the body, so they can have a full understanding of how both work together to either harm or enhance your health.

For example, most smokers say they want a cigarette when they feel stressed. However, our statistics show that most smokers take in more caffeine and sugar than the average person.

Most smokers never realize that when they drink caffeine or take in excess sugar, or both, a signal is sent to the brain that the body is now stressed which triggers a subconscious desire to smoke thinking that will relax them.

Obviously that is the wrong thing to do because smoking or chewing tobacco products increases stress. Nicotine is a stimulant not a depressant so the smoker creates a vicious circle that will not reduce their stress. It is truly a figment of their imagination. We educate them and use their powerful imagination and positive imaging techniques to reverse their unhealthy subconscious desire.

Attendees also receive a fascinating education on how people create addictive behavior such as smoking, eating unhealthy food, and chronic stress, and how they perpetuate it on a daily basis.

They are taught the latest practical techniques and skills on how they can eliminate that addictive behavior.

Amazing science: They learn about the amazing science behind motivational psychology and behavior modification, based on studies at prestigious institutions like UCLA, Stanford, Harvard, John Hopkins, and The Mayo Clinic.

They learn about the Power of the Mind, the Comfort Zone, the Pain/Pleasure Principle, Bio Feedback, brain frequencies and their functions, guided imagery, and positive reinforcement skills.

The group then experiences first-hand, proven-effective relaxation and positive reinforcement skills that relieve stress, tension, anxiety, anger and stress-induced headaches in minutes.

Participants are amazed at the immediate results and feel wonderfully refreshed, relaxed, and have a full understanding of how they can modify their behavior utilizing the skills they just learned.

They are upbeat and look forward to completing the second relaxation exercise after the break to help them successfully eliminate substance abuse such as smoking, drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy food.

Intermission: The group takes a short intermission. People can stretch, go to the restroom, and get a drink of water.

2nd Session - The Body: Frank discusses the body and the connection between what you eat and what you think. How sugar is the food for the brain, and how keeping it in balance is critical to a healthy lifestyle and thinking properly.

They learn about hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, and how manufacturers of unhealthy products, including cigarette manufacturers, use this sugar imbalance to manipulate people into buying their products.

We discuss how they can rearrange their eating habits so they can lose weight naturally with no diet pills or fade diets. How drinking more water is crucial to health, and according to the American Cancer Society, how eating 5 servings of fruit and vegetables per day can fight Cancer.

We are not Dieticians and do not get into specific diets. We can say this much, that over the years, attendees report losing all the excess weight they want with just these simple adjustments to their eating habits. This is not typical, but one attendee reported losing one hundred and twenty-five pounds.

The group experiences more relaxation skills and guided imagery techniques for smoking cessation and losing excess weight.

Quit Smoking: Numerous attendees report back that it is at this point in the presentation that they quit smoking for life.

Lost Weight: Many others report weeks later that they have lost a significant number of excess pounds.

Reduced Stress: Virtually every attendee says that stress and tension dramatically reduced during the seminar.

Reporting Back to the Organization: Upon request, we will report the number of people who participated including a statistical breakdown of the types of issues their people wanted help with. Once again, personal information will not be divulged to protect their privacy.

Typical Results: Our follow-up surveys indicate that the majority of participants do not want to consume anything that could perpetuate their previous disorder(s). Behavioral changes take place naturally and unhealthy habits end quickly.

Lifestyles become healthier. Use of tobacco and illegal substances are eliminated, and excessive amounts of alcohol are eliminated or reduced significantly.

People now prefer to eat the proper amount of healthy food and enjoy regular exercise. High levels of stress are reduced or eliminated.

Follow-up: It is very common that after the seminar, many of your people who did not attend, will hear about the successful results of those who did, and will want us to return. This happens about 90% of the time.

We will provide a refresher session identical to the one provided by the original grant. This way all of your people who did not attend the first session will have an opportunity to attend the follow-up session.
